Summary. We operate a static website without analytics, advertising, or tracking. Technically necessary connection data may be processed when the site is delivered through Cloudflare.

This privacy notice applies exclusively to kotesys.com. Separate privacy information for Quadralign is available at quadralign.com.

2 · Data collected when visiting the website

Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Assets deliver this static website. This may process the IP address, timestamp, requested address, transfer status, and browser and device information. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Processing serves the secure and reliable delivery, stability, and protection of the website; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare, Inc., including the affiliated companies and subprocessors used, receives the technical data required for this. Processing outside the EEA cannot be ruled out; where required, transfers take place under appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Technical connection data is retained only as long as operation, security, or legal obligations require.

3 · Contact requests

When you contact us by email, the transmitted data (name, email address, and message content) is processed to handle the request. We use Microsoft 365 for email; the contracting party and processor for EEA customers is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in answering requests. Processing outside the EEA cannot be ruled out; where required, transfers take place under appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact data is retained only as long as handling the request or legal obligations require.

4 · Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels. It does not create profiles or use third-party targeting.

5 · Web fonts

Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono are served locally from our own server. There is no request to Google Fonts servers and no transmission of your IP address to that provider.
